There are several options available so choose the plans that work best for you!
Track Scan recommends the following:
Options 1 through 3 for hospitality villages and tents, where the guests will meet, and then be on their own the rest of the day.
Option 4 is suggested for hospitality suites, where guests generally stay within the suite location.
Pit Tour Options can be tailored for both hospitality villages and suites.
OPTION 1 - The "Hospitality Manager's" Program |
$15.00 per unit for Race/One Day; $5.00 per unit each additional day
- Track Scan delivers the units to your hospitality location.
- You issue the scanners to each guest by noting the guests' names, daytime phone number on the Delivery Receipt, which is printed in serial number order.
- Guests are responsible for returning their scanners to any one of the Track Scan locations around the racing facility.
- Each guest will receive an electronic Return Receipt for Proof of Return.
- If your guests will be gathering in the hospitality tent following the event, Track Scan can arrange to pick up the units from your tent.
OPTION 2 - The "Guest Direct" Program |
$20.00 per unit for Race/One Day; $5.00 per unit each additional day
- Track Scan issues the rental scanners to your guests from our locations, generally right outside your hospitality area.
- Guests present a customized Track Scan card (provided by Track Scan), identifying them as your guest, along with any major credit card for a security deposit.
- Guests can return the units to any of our locations at any time or up to 1 ½ hours after the race has ended.
- Guests will receive an electronic return receipt for proof of their return.
- Track Scan provides you with a detailed report of the cards redeemed and we invoice you for only the units that were actually issued, or 25% of the original order, whichever is greater.
OPTION 3 - The "Personal Choice" Program |
$25.00 per unit
- Individual discount pricing is offered to your guests.
- Track Scan provides a pre-printed discount coupon for you to give to your guests.
- Each guest provides a credit card for the security deposit and pays for their individual rental package.
OPTION 4 -The "Suite" Program |
$15.00 per unit for Race/One Day; $5.00 per unit each additional day
- Track Scan delivers the designated number of units directly to your suite.
- Our staff will follow up to ensure your guests are satisfied during the race.
- Track Scan picks up the rented units from your suite after the race.
- A delivery report listing the serial numbers of the units dropped off will be included with the delivery.
$250.00 flat fee with scanners rented for the race as selected by one of the packages listed above.
Allow your customers to get a closer look at the "sights and sounds" of racing behind the scenes.
- Take your guests through a private guided Pit Tour using a quality voice-activated two-way transmitter with minimal risk of interference.
- Your hospitality tour guide speaks into the transmitter communicating to every guest, without interruptions.
- Each guest receives his/her own radio scanner and noise-canceling headset.
- Pit Tours are a great opportunity to deliver your product or company message along with giving guests a real behind the scenes tour.
