Track Scan® Branded Products

Whether you purchased a Track Scan® branded item at one of our trackside locations or through our online store, we are here to ensure your satisfaction with our products. All Track Scan branded products have a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturer defects. Should you have a problem within the warranty period, please review our support procedures to determine the best way to resolve your concerns.

If you have a copy of your receipt and will be heading to a race within the one-year warranty timeframe, please feel free to bring your item and receipt to any Track Scan trackside location for troubleshooting. If repair is not possible or if there is a manufacturer's defect, we will replace your item free of charge.

If you cannot locate your receipt and are within the one-year warranty timeframe, please contact us via email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or phone (800) 669-1822 with the date/location of your transaction. We will be happy to search through our records to locate your original transaction receipt.

A copy of your receipt can be forwarded for you to present, along with your item(s), to any Track Scan trackside location for troubleshooting and/or replacement. Please remember to bring all components (ie. cords, antennas, etc.) as we will only replace what it is returned.

If you will not be attending a race within the one-year warranty timeframe and have a copy of your receipt, we suggest sending your item to our administrative office in Mooresville, N.C. Please call ahead so that we have your name/issue on file. Again, please remember to send all components (ie. cords, antennas, etc.) as we will only replace what it is returned.

Please note that our technicians are available trackside and not at our Mooresville facility. Therefore, items sent in for troubleshooting/replacement may require additional turnaround time. Whenever possible, it is best to discuss issues with our trackside technicians.
