Programs and Pricing Print E-mail

There are several options available so be sure to choose the plan that works best for you. Mix and match as needed for every situation!

 

Track Scan recommends the following:

  • Options 1, 2 and 3 for Hospitality Villages - guests meet before the event and then leave the area to go to grandstand seating.
  • Option 2 - guests will not have a common, or initial, meeting place.
  • Option 4 for Hospitality Suites - guests generally stay within the suite location during the event.
  • Pit Tour Options can be tailored for Options 1 and 4.

* Please note there is a minimum order of 12 units required for delivery options.

 

OPTION 1 - The "Hospitality Manager's" Program

$15.00 per unit for Race/One Day; $5.00 per unit each additional day

  • Track Scan delivers the scanners and headsets to your hospitality location.
  • You issue the scanners to each guest by noting the guests' names and phone numbers on the Delivery Receipt, which is printed in serial number order.
  • Track Scan picks up empty totes and any unissued scanners at the beginning of the event.
  • Guests return their scanners individually to any of the Track Scan locations located around the facility up to 1 hour after the race conclusion.
  • Guests receive an electronic Return Receipt for Proof of Return upon returning the equipment.
  • * If your guests will be gathering in the hospitality area following the event, Track Scan can arrange to pick up the units from your tent.
  • With Option 1, you are responsible for both the rental fees and security deposits.

 

OPTION 2 - The "Guest Direct" Program

$20.00 per unit for Race/One Day; $5.00 per unit each additional day

  • Track Scan produces customized Track Scan Rental Cards for your company.  There is a nominal charge of $1 per card for initial card stock.  The stock can be reused for future orders at no additional charge; however, if stock is too low and new cards need to be printed to complete an order, the charge of $1 per card applies.  Rental Cards are shipped to you at least five business days prior to the event unless otherwise requested.
  • You distribute the Track Scan Rental Cards to your guests; your guests present the Rental Card, along with a major credit card for the security deposit, at any Track Scan location.
  • Track Scan issues the rental scanners to your guests from our locations, generally found right outside your hospitality area.
  • Guests return the units to any of our locations at any time or up to 1 hour after the race conclusion.
  • Guests receive an electronic Return Receipt for Proof of Return upon returning the equipment.
  • Track Scan provides a detailed Redemption Report and invoice only for the units that were actually issued, or 25% of the original order, whichever is greater.
  • With Option 2, you are responsible for rental fees; your guests are individually responsible for security deposits.

 

OPTION 3 - The "Personal Choice" Program

$25.00 per unit for Race/One Day; $5.00 per unit additional day

  • A $10 discount coupon is offered to your guests.
  • Track Scan provides a pre-printed $10 Discount Coupon for you to give your guests. There is a minimal charge of $.30 per coupon for new stock. Discount Coupons will be shipped to you at least five business days prior to the event weekend unless otherwise requested.
  • Guests present the Discount Coupon, along with a credit card for the security deposit, at any Track Scan location.
  • Guests return the rentals to any of our locations at any time or up to 1 hour after the race conclusion.
  • Guests receive an electronic Return Receipt for Proof of Return upon returning the equipment.
  • With Option 3, your guests are responsible for their individual rental fees and security deposits.

 

OPTION 4 -The "Suite" Program

$15.00 per unit for Race/One Day; $5.00 per unit each additional day

  • Track Scan delivers the designated number of units directly to your suite. A Delivery Report listing the serial numbers of the units is included.
  • Our staff follows up during the race to ensure your guests are satisfied.
  • Track Scan picks up the rented units from your suite after the race.
  • With Option 4, you are responsible for both the rental fees and the security deposits.

 

The "Pit Tour" Add-On Option

$250.00 flat fee when ordered in combination with Option 1 or Option 4

Allow your customers to get a behind-the-scenes look at the "sights and sounds" of racing.

  • Take your guests on a private guided Pit Tour using a quality voice-activated two-way transmitter with minimal risk of interference. No more yelling above garage noises or using bull horns.
  • Your hospitality tour guide speaks into the transmitter communicating to every guest, without interruptions or noise distractions. And only your guests hear the tour guide.
  • Each guest uses his/her own radio scanner and noise-canceling headset to hear your tour guide.
  • Pit Tours using scanners and headsets are a great opportunity to deliver your product or company message along with giving guests a real behind-the-scenes tour.
  • * Please note: Track Scan provides only the equipment. We do not offer Tour Guides or arrange for Pit Tours with individual facilities.
